183 cm vysoký center a rodák zo St. Louis prichádza do metropoly východu z nemeckého prvoligového tímu Bietigheim Steelers, za ktorý v poslednej sezóne odohral 51 zápasov, strelil 8 gólov a 25-krát asistoval. 28-ročný Chase Berger sa na Slovensko vracia po ročnej pauze, keď v drese Banskej Bystrice nastúpil v 55 zápasoch, v korých nastrieľal úctyhodných 24 gólov a 26-krát asistoval. Svoju zámorskú kariéru strávil prevažne v ligách USHL, NCAA a AHL.

24-ročný obranca prichádza do Košíc zo zámorskej AHL a na Slovensku sa predstaví po druhý krát, keď svoju premiéru absolvoval počas 15-zápasového hosťovania v Nitre.

Chase Berger will wear Košice’s jersey
The 183 cm tall center and native of St. Louis is coming to the heart of east Slovakia from German first-league team Bietigheim Steelers, which he played 51 games for, scored 8 goals, and assisted 25 times, in the last season. 28-year-old Chase Berger is returning to Slovakia after a year-long pause when he played 55 games in the Banská Bystrica’s jersey, scored an impressive number of 24 goals, and assisted 26 times. He has spent his overseas carrier mainly in leagues USHL, NCAA, and AHL.
Chase Berger: “From previous experience in Slovakia I know about the good conditions, stadium, and Košice city. I wanted to come here after the conversations with Dan and Gabi, and thanks to their determination to fight for the title again. This is what I want. CHL participation is also a big challenge and I am looking forward to the games against the best European teams.”

Cooper Zech will reinforce Košice defense
The 24-year-old defenseman is coming to Košice from AHL and will play in Slovakia for the second time. He premiered during his 15-game billeting in Nitra.
